people2people have partnered with a leading national law firm who are currently seeking an experienced Legal Secretary with Insurance Litigation experience to join the firm in a newly created role. This innovative and award winning firm fosters a collaborative culture and offer flexible working arrangements which will see you working a hybrid week, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
about the roles
This role will see you supporting two Partners and their teams, responsible for:
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Client liaison
- Diary management
- File management
- Opening matters and conducting conflict searches
- Drafting and amending legal correspondence
- Preparing briefs
- Assisting with monthly reporting processes
- Monthly billing
selection criteria:
- Previous Legal Secretary experience ideally within Insurance Litigation
- Aderant and iManage experience
- High attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Organised with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Self-driven enthusiastic team player
- High levels of initiative
