Based in Sydney CBD, this is a full-time permanent role, offering learning and career development, hybrid working arrangements and flexible leave options.The Role:This position provides high level administrative support to a Partner and team of Lawyers within the growing General Insurance team. Your duties may include:
- Preparation of monthly billing
- Managing and updating client files
- Coordinating phones and handling emails and mail duties for the team
- Database and CRM management
- Drafting of legal documents and correspondence
- General practice management and other ad hoc duties as required
- Great time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
- Strong IT skills and experience using legal billing and document management systems (Aderant and/or iManage would be highly regarded)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, personable, and adaptable
