We have an exciting opportunity for a Secretary to join our Statutory Insurance team in Sydney, working with Partner, Robyn Brewster.

Telephone calls with clients, courts, other firms, and service providers
Drafting documents including correspondence, Court documents and briefs to Counsel and experts General file management including archiving, file closures, saving documents into electronic files, printing, and court filing
Monthly Billing - experience with Aderant or a similar billing system will be highly regarded as will experience with narrative bills
Monthly client reporting - experience with Visual Files and Excel will be highly regarded
More about you
Previous experience within a Legal Secretarial role A positive attitude and the ability to provide accurate and timely information to both the team and the clients
An ability to work in a high-volume practice and manage deadlines with excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational and time management skills
Whilst this role is full time permanent, part time days and/or reduced hours will also be considered
