Our client is seeking a professional, career secretary to join and provide support to the Professional Indemnity Insurance team of their national law firm. Based in their Sydney office, this is a full-time role, offering an exceptional working culture and career growth.
The Role:
Provide legal support within the Professional Indemnity Insurance team, supporting a busy team consisting of five legal professionals. Your duties may include:
- Client reporting and letters
- Drafting and amending legal documents
- Opening, closing and archiving files
- High volume file management
- Assisting with client updates on legal developments
- Coordinating meetings and diaries
- End of month billing processes
- Various ad hoc administrative tasks
About You:
The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the legal industry and be highly motivated and willing to upskill. You will also have the below skills and qualities:
- Organised, diligent and reliable
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Professional manner and well presented
- Ability to handle competing priorities
- High level attention to detail
- MUST be able to commit full-time hours
