Our client is a well-established commercial law firm based in the heart of Adelaide CBD. An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Legal Secretary within the high performing Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.
About the role
- Client Liaison
- Preparation of document and correspondence preparation (including Court documents)
- Lawyer Diary & Travel Management
- Billing
- File Management
- Dictaphone Typing
- General Administration duties as required.
Our client is seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic Legal Secretary who takes pride in their work and is passionate about what they do.
In addition to this, you will also need:
About you
- 2-3+ Years experience as a Legal Secretary (must have 1+yr litigation experience))
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft packages including Word and Outlook.
- Team orientated, professional, proactive, and positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
