About the Role
We have an opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary who enjoys working in a team and wants to be a part of and contribute to the success of the business. You will provide administration support to the team and may assist with some property settlements. This role will allow you to work independently and make the role your own in a supportive and welcoming environment, in an interesting and growing area of law.
Duties
- Opening and closing files
- File management
- Assist with the preparation of documents
- Diary and email management
- Client liaison via phone and email
- Billing
- Administration duties as required.
About You
- Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary, experience in property will be highly regarded
- High level of attention to detail and organisation skills
- Confident user of technology and very familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong writing and formatting skill
- Strong technical skills with experience using PEXA.
