We have an opportunity for an administrative professional to join our growing legal team and provide assistance to our Corporate lawyers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Document preparation, including franchise documents (using precedents) and amendments where required.
- Co-ordinating leasing matters and execution of agreements for lease.
- Online file management, monitoring and answering emails.
- Liaising with the business to assist with store transitions.
- General legal secretarial support to the legal team as required.
The ideal person for this opportunity will be:
Highly motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, ready to learn, show initiative, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Secretarial background required, legal secretarial or legal administration experience preferred.
- Highly motivated team player.
- Experience with DocuSign highly desirable but not required.
