Theprimary responsibility of the role will be to ensure that allaspects of pool supervision are effectively covered, with thehighest level of focus on safety and the application of First Aidas required. While, assisting in maintaining the general up-keepand maintenance of centre facilities to provide outstandingcustomer service as per company standards.

- Make decisions under pressure, stay alert and vigilant and manage conflicts.
- Assist in maintaining the facility in a clean and safe condition.
- Communicate in a positive manner with patrons and the broader community whilst contributing to a fun and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
- Respond efficiently and effectively to any medical or customer related incidents and report to your superior accordingly.
