While, assisting in maintaining the general up-keepand maintenance of centre facilities to provide outstandingcustomer service as per company standards.

- Supervise the pool environment and centre facilities to ensure the highest standard of public safety.
- Make decisions under pressure, stay alert and vigilant and manage conflicts.
- Assist in maintaining the facility in a clean and safe condition.
- Communicate in a positive manner with patrons and the broader community whilst contributing to a fun and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
- Respond efficiently and effectively to any medical or customer related incidents and report to your superior accordingly.
