Parts Interpreter (Full Time, On Site)

About the role

• Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Parts Interpreter is a key part of the team and critical to daily operational success. 
• As the first point of contact for our customers (via telephone, email, online or face to face) a genuine interest in parts, sales, service, helping people and providing a great customer experience are all critical requirements for this role. 
• Parts experience, sales skills, time management and organisation skills are also critical requirements.

About You

Your skills and experience include:

• Parts, Sales, Stores, Warehousing or Mechanical Workshop experience.  
• Ensuring sales and orders are accurately picked, packaged and invoiced to internal and external customers in line with business requirements. 
• Stock ordering, stock management and stock rotation experience. 
• Working with high performing teams.
• Personal drive, positive attitude and both the desire and the ability to add value. 
• Delivering exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Presenting yourself and the business professionally to internal and external customers.
• Well-organised with superior administration and problem-solving skills.
• Allison Transmission and Hydraulics experience highly regarded but not essential.

The Package:

On the job training will be provided to the successful candidate and remuneration will be negotiated based on your experience.
