Senior Pool Lifeguard - Duty Manager

Status: Permanent Full-Time (38 hours per week)
Salary: $81,533 - $89,673 per annum + 11% superannuation + weekend loading

Oversee all day-to-day operations of the Des Renford Leisure Centre, providing effective leadership to all operational staff, a safe environment for all customers and a high standard of customer service; while maintaining a professional quality service to all facility users.

• Experience as a Duty Manager / Lifeguard in an Aquatic Facility
• Extensive knowledge of WH&S requirements.

Things you will do:

• Provide operational leadership to all areas of the facility.
• Maintain a safe recreational environment.
• Maintain all policies, systems and standard operating procedures.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Centre.
• Assist in maintaining the plant room and associated equipment in good working order.
• Assist in all areas of the centre to maintain high customer experience levels.
