We are committed to creating a fulfilling work environment based on a combined effort of support and dedication towards providing quality services for our residents.We currently have an opportunity for an energetic Leisure and Lifestyle Assistance to join us on a Permanent Part time basis at our Mornington Home .Role Highlights: Provide and deliver lifestyle co-ordination  – including surveys and auditing requirements Improve our consumer lifestyle quality and choices Reporting to the Facility Manager Should be available to work  afternoon till evening shifts About the Role:With the evolving needs of our residents we are looking to strengthen and build on our Lifestyle program. This role will need to deliver on a comprehensive lifestyle program with the primary focus being our residents. The role will work closely with the team but in particular our Lifestyle, Catering staff and Customer Service Officer with strong guidance from the Facility Manager.Responsibilities Undertake comprehensive lifestyle review of each resident Ability to write care plans for individual residents on lifestyle Able to lead a team of lifestyle staff to enhance the program for residents.
