SalaryAs the Lending Specialist, you will provide a high-quality lending experience to our existing and new members within the South East region by delivering them with appropriate products and services. You will be responsible for assessing, interviewing, and processing standard and complex mortgage deals and identifying opportunities to grow our business by recognising our Member's needs.
This is a full-time position based on a 38-hour work week. You will be based in our Brisbane Branch.
About You:
To be eligible to apply for this position you possess the following:
- Strong banking knowledge with an understanding of financial analysis and credit standards
- Mortgage & SME lending experience
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation, time management skills and conflict resolution
- High attention to detail
