About the role:
We currently have a vacancy for a Sales Representative to cover our Melton and Sunshine branch in Victoria. We are looking for applicants who have demonstrated experience in sales, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will directly report to the Branch Manager as well as work closely with our customers, suppliers, and other Team members.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a tight-knit, experienced team.
This position is permanent full-time, and an immediate start is available for the right person.

Duties will include but not limited to:
- Develop new opportunities through our existing and new customers.
- Sales and Promotion of specialist Products to Industrial & Trade Workshops
- Understanding customer needs, requirements and offering solutions accordingly
- Customer Territory Growth and relationship management
- Understanding sales budgets and their fit within branch operations
- Implement and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Be compliant with workplace policies, procedures and workplace health and safety.
Skills and experience required:
- Work well in a busy Team environment
- Strong knowledge of bearings and power transmission products and their applications across various industries.
- Have exceptional time management skills and the ability and willingness to work as part of a team or autonomously as required.
- Positive and upbeat attitude
- Understanding and adherence of Workplace Health and Safety requirements
- Full Drivers License with a good driving history
