We are looking for a part-time Technical Support Engineer to assist 2-3 days per week to assist with client support requests, scheduled health checks and proactive tasks. Our ideal candidate would have experience in a client facing role, preferably in a Technical Support capacity.
Work schedule within business hours and active days are flexible and negotiable. Some onsite assistance is required at times, and as a result your own means of transport to attend site would be desirable.
Responsibilities
- Supporting clients with technical requests for Microsoft stack (including O365), endpoints and basic networking tasks
- Run compliance and health check tasks for managed clients
- Assist with inbound request triage and scheduling
Desired Skills and Experience
- Technical support experience - 2+ years preferred
- Customer support experience - 2+ years preferred
- Microsoft 365 and Windows OS experience
- Attention to detail and a desire to create & document processes
