The Level 1 Service Desk Technician role revolves around a consistent customer service experience. You will be a key member of a service delivery team using your IT skills and technical knowledge to understand and resolve customer enquiries.

YOUR ROLE:
This is a clear Level 1 technician role. You will work with a successful and growing Service Delivery team to provide proactive support to clients.
YOU WILL NEED:
- A technical background with some previous experience working in a technical Service Desk role
- Experience with service support and ticketing systems
- A basic understanding of contemporary commercial IT technologies including cloud-based services, networking, and mainstream business applications
- Industry based certifications and training.
YOUR KNOWLEDGE:
You will have an understanding of some or all of these technologies:
- Telecommunications services management
- Basic data networking
- Office 365 Admin
- Ticketing and Documentation Applications
- RMM.
