Your new role
In this exciting role, you will be the first point of contact for technical requests and incidents for the ANZ.
You will be:
- Providing 1st and 2nd level onsite and remote IT support to end-users within the APAC region.
- Performing account administration within Active Directory, Exchange and bespoke applications.
- Assisting with IT-related projects.
- Ensuring technical issues are resolved within SLAs in a calm and polite manner.
- Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Maintaining and developing documentation and knowledge base articles.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience of providing 1st and 2nd level IT support.
- Sound knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Windows Server, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, VPN and Network troubleshooting.
- Experience with GLPI ITSM tool is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service & communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, Cisco and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
- Prior experience working within a manufacturing and/or distribution environment is preferred.
