We are seeking a talented Services Engineer Level 2 with proficiency in Microsoft to join our dynamic team. This is an opportunity to work on innovative and exciting projects that are shaping the future of cloud computing, security and Digital Identity.
Position: Services Engineer Level 2
Location: Milton, Brisbane
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Strong focus on customer service[MT2]
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from Level 1 Service Engineers
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
Manage and support user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems
Work with Active Directory, Office 365, and other common enterprise IT systems
Troubleshooting and resolving customer back-up failures
Attend on-site visits to scope the customers physical design requirements[MT3]
Action assigned minor works and project tickets, either on-site or remotely as required
Participate in internal IT projects and initiatives, contributing to the continuous improvement of IT services
Suggest and implement enhancements to improve system reliability, security, and performance
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Microsoft Certifications
Proven experience working in a Level 2 role for a minimum of 2 years.
Microsoft or CompTIA Certifications.
ITIL Certification or equivalent experience.
Root Cause Analysis and mentoring skills.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Cloud platforms.
Strong understanding of Security Principles including ISO 27001.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
You must hold a current Australian Drivers’ license.
