Your Role
Lead an amazing team of engineers and designers needing little development as they are already at an exceptional level.
As you free up the Civil Manager to be more proactive in developing and maintaining their client base you will receive quality mentorship to ensure you move up the channel to future ownership to achieve and develop the entrepreneur in you.
