About the role
The Library Assistant provides resource services to students and staff.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting students and staff with library resources
- Assisting with loans, returns and resource processing
- Assisting in maintaining library resources
- Responding to telephone and face to face enquiries
About the successful applicant
- Be committed to Christ and Christian education
- Have a keen interest in literacy and reading
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as an effective member of a collaborative team
- Able to be flexible, prioritise tasks and demonstrate initiative
- Hold a current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
- Willingness to undertake mandatory child safe training (RRHAN-EC)
