We are seeking a dynamic Licensed Products Manager to drive growth through strategic licensing partnerships, innovative product development, and effective sales channel management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Licensing Partnerships Management:
- Manage commercial terms with local subsidiaries of licensing partners.
- Collaborate on sales, marketing, and operational plans for sales growth.
- Ensure routine reporting and management requirements are met.
- Sales’ Channel Management:
- Develop and implement a Sales’ Management Plan to maximize licensed product sales.
- Personally cultivate key Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) accounts.
- Product Management:
- Own the licensed products’ mix, including profit, promotion, placement, and packaging.
- Manage product development timelines and secure optimal supply chain partners.
- Organisational Development:
- Develop organizational capability, capacity, and infrastructure for Licensed Products business expansion.
- Lead and manage the team to achieve objectives and uphold company values.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Regular reporting to AU Sales’ Manager and Global Head of Licensed Products.
- Occasional presentations to the Board of Directors.
- Ensure profitability of the Licensed Products’ business in AU and NZ.
Essential:
- Knowledge of AU Retail Product/Category Management Principles.
- FMCG Account Management experience.
- Excellent written and oral English skills.
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Licensed “Home” Products Sales and/or Marketing experience.
- E-Commerce B2B Business experience.
- Power BI Skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Positive attitude in a highly multi-cultural workplace.
- At least 5 years FMCG Account Management or AU Home Furnishing Retail Buying experience.
- At least 5 years Product Development and/or marketing experience.
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or similar equivalent.
- Travel overseas (Asia, Europe) 3-4 times per annum for business purposes.
- Occasional travel to AU Head Office (1-2 days per month).
- Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement with some partners and customers.
