As a full-time Licensed Conveyancer, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Review and Preparation of Contracts
- Preparation of Leases & negotiations
- End-to-end running of the conveyancing files
- Complete of Sale/Purchase from start to finish
- Diary management and scheduling appointments
- Subdivisions and Option Deeds
- Liaise with clients and professionals at all levels
To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
- A current Conveyancing License
- A proven track record of running a portfolio of clients
- Experience in Residential and/or Commercial Property matters
- Available in the Northern Beaches area
- Strong work ethic
- Extensive knowledge of PEXA
