Our client is expanding their team and is on the lookout for a dedicated Licensing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in overseeing the compliance of licensed products within their brand's identity and quality.
Responsibilities:
Guarantee that all licensed products align with branding and logo usage guidelines as stipulated in licensing agreements.
Keep meticulous records of product submissions, design approvals, and relevant correspondence associated with licensed apparel.
Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with external licensing companies and internal teams, ensuring consensus on approval timelines and requirements.
Facilitate a seamless approval process by ensuring the timely submission of necessary documents and assets, and conducting reviews promptly.
Maintain the royalty reporting tracker, meticulously review completed reports, and submit them to relevant stakeholders.
Offer insightful feedback to licensors on design modifications or enhancements to meet brand standards.
Provide routine reports to management on the status of licensing approvals, spotlighting any concerns or successes.
Skills and Experience:
A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Illustrator.
Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Effective time management and adept at prioritising tasks.
