The Opportunity - Dive into a Rewarding Role as a Casual Lifeguard!

Join us as a Casual Lifeguard at Council's Swimming Centres and become an essential part of our aquatic team! As a Casual Lifeguard, you'll play a vital role in upholding Council's objectives and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all. From vigilant surveillance to impeccable customer service, you'll contribute to every aspect of our patrons' experience.
Essential Criteria
- Certification of Pool Lifeguard or possess statement of course completion or be willing to obtain before commencement of the role.
- Demonstrated ability in the use of POS, cash handling systems, and operating devices effectively, embracing digital solutions for aquatic facility activities to enable systems to facilitate day- to-day operations.
- Ability to network effectively with key stakeholders in offering advice and support to delivering high level customer services.
- Hold and maintain First Aid Certificate and Advances Resuscitation Certificate or equivalent.
- Hold a valid Working with Children's Check or be willing to obtain prior to commencement
