The Opportunity: Step into a vital role supporting the operation of our Water Treatment plant, reservoirs, and pump stations. Your responsibilities will include conducting inspections, maintenance, and renewal works to ensure our water supply meets rigorous Council standards and regulatory guidelines.
Essential Criteria:
- Hold a Certificate III in Water Industry Operations (Water Treatment) or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and a minimum of two years' experience in Water Treatment operations, processes, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and water management protocols, including Australian Drinking Water Guidelines.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using computer applications, digital solutions, and telemetry systems.
- Possess a C Class Drivers Licence, WHS Induction Card, and willingness to obtain additional certifications within 12 months.
