We are seeking an experienced Lifestyle Coordinator to join the team at a large Aged Care facility near Rockhampton.
This facility has an established lifestyle programme is in place that has been redeveloped in recent months. This has been designed to support, challenge and enhance the psychological, spiritual, social, emotional and physical wellbeing of the residents.
