To facilitate this vision we are currently seeking a passionate, experienced, and capable Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team in a permanent part-time capacity.
As a Lifestyle Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life and well-being of our residents through the implementation of engaging lifestyle programs.
Responsibilities include:
Activity Planning: Develop diverse lifestyle programs tailored to residents' interests, abilities, and preferences.
Resident Assessment: Conduct and review Lifestyle Assessments to ensure needs-based programming.
Program Implementation: Oversee the execution of planned activities, ensuring safety and inclusivity.
Volunteer Coordination: Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers to assist with activities and events.
Skills & experience required to be successful for this role:
Certificate IV in Leisure & Health.
Adaptable, passionate, and willing to learn.
Collaborative and team-based approach to work.
Friendly, empathetic and effective communicator.
