We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Lifestyle Officer to join our friendly team in Vermont Southon a Full-Time basis 5 days a week from 9:00am - 5.00pm.
What does your new role look like?
- Actively encouraging residents to participate in a variety of meaningful activities and assist in their delivery.
- Ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction at all times
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and volunteers
- Assisting with care plans and programs
- Continually exploring new opportunities and programs to meet the holistic needs of our residents.
- Ensuring all reporting requirements are efficiently completed.
About you:
Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest. You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers.
Does this sound like you?
- Certification IV in Leisure and Health - essential
- Experience in Aged Care, Community Living or Health Services
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- A person-centred focus and commitment to providing a high level of service
- Proven initiative and the ability to think outside the box when tailoring activities.
- Experience working with people living with Dementia or Alzheimer's highly regarded
- Willing to obtain a NDIS Clearance Check if successful
- Fully vaccinated for Influenza (2024) and COVID 19 (2 Doses)
