TIPACL Inc is a support provider for people with disabilities, we have been operating in Townsville since 1987 and are committed to working alongside participants and their families.
We are looking for Casual staff who can assist the more vulnerable members of our community in achieving their goals to live active and independent lives.
No experience necessary! We offer on-the-job training, that covers a person-centered approach and positive behaviour support.

- Good communication skills.
- Competent in using smartphones and apps.
- You will be required to work some nights and weekends.
The successful applicant must be able to obtain a:
- NDIS worker screening (Yellow Card)
- Working with Children (Blue Card).
- Current driver's license and reliable transportation.
Please note: Per current Qld Health orders, COVID-19 vaccinations are no longer mandatory for this position, however, the participants we support have the right to choose if they would prefer a person with current and up-to-date vaccinations, if this is the case, evidence of vaccination may be required before an offer of employment is made.
