Brisbane Garage Doors, seeks an additional Administration Assistant to join our team in our Brisbane Office located in Salisbury on the South-side.
We are looking for a motivated person, that can come in, hit the ground running in a fast paced environment and be able to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for Customer Service. A pleasant phone manner is a must.
Must be Xero literate, with attention to detail in all data processing.
As the Admin Assistant your day-to-day activities will contribute to the effective operation of the business and generally look like these plus ad-hoc duties as they arise.
- General Office & Admin duties - answering all incoming calls, greeting all visitors.
- Assist in Co-ordinating the daily jobs for the sub-contractors.
- Book appointments for Sales Rep.
- Data Entry - Invoicing, Job Cards etc
- Maintaining the tidiness and upkeep of all offices, kitchen and workshop areas.
The applicant needs to be physically fit to endure the fast pace environment and ready to assist with receiving goods in (no heavy lifting). This role is not sitting at a desk all day, safety closed-in shoes are to be worn.
