At Bullivants we're on a mission to deliver top-notch service to our clients, so we are looking for two Field Service Technicians to support our clients in Kalgoorlie Goldfields on an 8:6 roster from Perth. What You'll Do:
As a Field Service Technician your responsibilities will include:
- 100% commitment to personal and business safety
- Inspect, maintain and service repairs on lifting equipment and accessories
- Providing excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
- Prepare written/digital reports to customers and company records
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution

What you will bring with you:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role and at heights
- Valid WA driver's license
- Previous FIFO on mine sites highly desirable but not essential
