About the Role:
- Up-to $130,000 + super + salary packaging + relocation covered + accommodation

- Monday - Friday position with flexible start & finish times

- You will work under the direction and report to an experienced Facility Manager
- Work closely with the Facility Manager who is extremely supportive, to deliver high quality care.
- Build on the existing strong clinical team that are in place at the facility to provide a supportive environment
- Maintain a fully complaint facility
- Provide clinical leadership and support to the team.
- Ensure documentation and reports are completed adequately
- Previous Aged Care experience in a clinical/nurse/lead role
- A solid understanding of the industry standards
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with managers, staff and overall the residents
- Hold a current AHPRA registration
