We're on the lookout for a hands on Liquor Expert with passion and knowledge of the Liquor Industry to lead the NEW Store Opening, fostering development and growth within the team!

As the Liquor Manager, your thrilling new role includes the chance to inaugurate a NEW store! Skillfully Managing your new team under the guidance of the Supermarket Store Manager, you will play a vital role in showcasing Liquor Expertise, delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, overseeing finances, and ensuring health and safety standards are met within the team.

Skills & Experience

• A deep understanding of various types of liquors, wines, and related products
• Knowledge of industry trends, emerging brands, and consumer preferences
• Ability to ensure adherence to legal standards in purchasing, selling, and serving alcohol
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide guidance on liquor selections
• Proficiency in managing and optimising liquor inventory to prevent stockouts and overstock situations
• Capacity to foster a positive work environment, provide training, and support team growth
