As a Store Manager, you'll need to demonstrate a real passion for an excellent customer service, store management, developing and training your team.
To be successful you need following:
▪︎ Must be a current unrestricted approved Manager card
▪︎ An understanding of the retail industry and skills including promotions, marketing and POS system
▪︎ Sound product knowledge of beer, wine, spirits amd the liquor industry
▪︎ Flexibility to work across all store trading hours
▪︎ Job stability and flexible roster
▪︎ Sound understanding of financials skills to understand GP, Sales, budget and wages
▪︎ Admin skills, negotiation skills with suppliers
▪︎ Experience in management of staff including rostering and training
▪︎ Ordering and inventory management
▪︎ Drive sales to achieve targets
