The role

You will have the opportunity to work in a well-established team in litigation and insolvency on matters involving:

• contract disputes
• partnership disputes
• liquidation, voluntary administration, bankruptcy and receivership.
• misleading and deceptive conduct.
• recovery matters (secured and unsecured).

You'll have matter support from more junior lawyers and paralegals in the team as well as from the senior lawyers and the Principal who makes time for mentorship and training.

About you

The firm is looking for a 3yr+ PAE lawyer with experience working in commercial litigation or insolvency. Attention to detail, the ability to work well in teams and experience drafting pleadings and appearing in court is also highly valued.
