About the firm
Our client is an extremely reputable national law firm experiencing rapid growth, huge success and attracting top-tier talent. This opportunity will be based in the heart of Perth within the litigation team working on complex commercial and construction litigation matters.
About the role
As a Litigation Lawyer you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and high-profile cases in the fields of commercial and construction litigation, acting on behalf of government bodies, listed entities, public and private companies, partnerships, and individuals in various jurisdictions across Australia, as well as clients in inquiries and regulatory proceedings.
About you:
- At least 3+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial and/or construction litigation (unfortunately insurance litigators will not be considered)
- Exceptional research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Supportive of professional development and career progression
