- Managing administrative activities associated with a case file
- Assist with preparing for matters
- Act as first point of contact and manage all incoming calls
- Help lawyers prioritise daily tasks and maintain appointments and calendars
- Demonstrated legal administration experience and the ability to work independently
- Ability to type with accuracy and speed and use information technology including the Microsoft suite
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
- 36.25 hrs per week (full time hours)
- 12.75% employer super contributions
