Jana Group Pty Ltd is a residential property development business looking for an experienced Bookkeeper / Payroll Administrator 3 days per week or the equivalent.
This part time role is based at our head office at the Warragul Crownlea Estate. The ideal candidate may want to work school hours or part time full days. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller the candidate must have proficient bookkeeping experience and demonstrate a willingness to work as a team.
Key duties:
- Accounts payable - processing, coding, coordinating authorisation & payment of invoices
- Payroll including workcover, superannuation and payroll tax
The preferred applicant will have:
- Experience in Quickbooks online or similar accounting package
- Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience
- Solid accounts payable and payroll knowledge
- Excellent personal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office including Excel
- Strong organisational skills in an office environment
- Excellent communication skills with strong sense of teamwork and sound
work ethic and the ability to self-manage daily tasks. - Certificate IV Financial Services highly regarded
