About the role:
Destec has recently commenced mining operations at our new Poondano Iron Ore Project in the Pilbara, located approximately 20km north of Port Headland, with the camp located approximately 6km from site.
Due to a increase of works, we are currently seeking 3 x Loader Operators (preferably with mobile crushing experience) for a short term project approximately 2 months in duration commencing mid to end of March.
This role is offered FIFO ex Perth on a 2/1 roster (7 days 7 nights 7 off) fly in and out on a Friday.
Requirements:
- Proven experience operating Loaders, preferable in a crushing environment
- Mobile crushing experience is highly desirable
- Hold a current and valid driver’s licence (preferably HR or above)
- Hold a Front End Loader Ticket
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical assessment including a drug & alcohol screen
- Ability to provide/obtain a police clearance
- Frequent flyer points
