The Role
Based on-site at Kanmantoo Copper Mine, working a 7/7 rotating roster alongside a dedicated team of professionals, all striving towards the same goal! Bring your experience and knowledge to a place where it is valued.
As an experienced Remote Production Operator you will already understand the responsibilities of the role. Working in a small mine means you will gain additional experience, enhancing and propelling your career forward. As we move further into production stages we are looking for someone to bring their skills and experience to a developing site as we grow this start-up/scale-up business. Your experience will be highly valued.
The Fundamentals
An enthusiastic and diligent operator will excel in this role. Operating the loader from a distance requires high attention to detail and impeccable communication skills. Put your skills in place and be part of our production from the start.
Essential Minimum Requirements
- Experience with Tele-remote loader operations.
- Experience with CAT 2900 (desirable).
- Experience with Cemented Rock Fill placement.
- Experience in open stoping operation.
- Current Australian License (minimum C Class).
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance and Pre-Employment Medical.
- Team player who can help influence and shape our culture to ensure a safe, productive, sustainable and disciplined approach to work is maintained.
- A positive can-do attitude with a strong passion for safety improving mining efficiencies.
- Flexible, team-orientated approach with strong communications skills
