Role Details:
- Position: Loader Operator (Licensed)
- Location: Tiwi / Melville NT (dry community)
- Start Date: 3rd of June
- Duration: 3 months (12-hour days)
- Roster: 3 weeks on, 1 week off (3:1)
- Hourly rate: $45.16 with double time after 56 hours in a week
- Flights, Accommodation and Meals provided staying in workers camp
- Weekly pay & superannuation
Responsibilities:
- Operate loaders in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Contribute to Civil and Infrastructure projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining equipment and tools.
- Uphold quality standards to meet project expectations.
Ideal Candidate:
- Loader Ticket License
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 3 weeks on, 1 week off | 12-hours a day
- White Card
- Previous experience in civil construction or related field preferred.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
