SalaryDAZMAC is fast growing family-owned freight forwarder & licensed customs brokerage with office & warehouses in Sydney, Brisbane & Perth which specializes in shipping boats and cars.
We have customs 77G and QAP 1.3 depots onsite in both Sydney, Brisbane & Perth as well as Tilt Trays and Car Carriers.
We are looking for an applicant who has some experience in either import / export sea freight or vehicle transport.
The role will be handling the movement of vehicles including coastal sea freight, which has elements of both import and export sea freight by Roll on Roll Off (RORO) & Containers
We use both Roll on Roll off and containers shipping modes, but RORO is vast majority of the work load.
Software used is cargowise and our own in-house depot / transport app.
All training will be provided on the job for the successful applicant.
Duties
- Liaising with customers both commercial and individuals
- Taking online orders
- Booking space with the shipping line/s
- Booking transport
- Receiving vehicles
- Surveying vehicles
- Invoicing
All training is provided.
