Join our dynamic team as an E-commerce Coordinator. As part of a small but dedicated team, you will work closely with the founder and top-tier consultants to support our online presence and sales growth.
Position Overview:
As the E-commerce Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating our online sales channels and social media platforms. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks ranging from product listing optimization to coordinating marketing campaigns and maintaining inventory levels.Attention to detail, a systematic approach, and the ability to establish and document efficient processes are crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load product details, images, and other content onto marketplace listings such as Amazon, ensuring accuracy and optimization for maximum visibility and sales.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, including sending out product samples to PR agencies, marketing partners, influencers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee order fulfillment processes, including picking and packing orders or coordinating teams to handle bulk orders efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels across different platforms, proactively identify low-stock situations, and arrange replenishment as needed, particularly on platforms like Amazon.
- Stock transfers and assistance with production planning will also be required to facilitate longer term inventory planning
- Maintain an organized library of marketing materials, including photo and video content, and distribute them as required for various promotional activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Attention to detail is paramount; ensuring accuracy and consistency in all tasks.
- Strong systematic and process-driven approach, capable of establishing and documenting efficient workflows.
- Proficiency or willingness to learn and utilize various e-commerce platforms such as Amazon/FBA, Shopify, and email marketing platforms like Klaviyo.
- Experience with Meta/Google ads, graphic design, or video editing is a plus but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a small team environment.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, operations, or a related field preferred. Current students can be considered.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, logistics, procurement or digital marketing roles is advantageous.
- Familiarity with online sales channels and social media platforms is desirable.
