About the Role:
Join our team as a Logistics Coordinator based in Karratha. This role operates on a Monday to Friday schedule and involves supporting marine supply base activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Administration to support the Marine Supply Base activities.
• Manifesting Supply Boat loadouts.
• Coordination of operations to support supply boat lad outs and discharges.
• Coordinating transport and cranes for loadouts / discharge.
• Coordinating the receival and dispatch of all freight to meet next available supply vessel.
• Packing / Unpacking offshore containers as required.
• Coordinating local pick up and deliveries.
• Coordinating personal logistics as required.
Skills and Experience:
• High Risk Work License – LR
• Formal qualification Cert III or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics or Road Transport
• HR MDL
• 2 years minimum experience in a similar role in off shore operations
• Extensive experience working with supply vessel operations
