Position Terms
- Full-Time Permanent Role working from the office in the Inner West Suburbs 5 days a week
- Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 plus super depending on experience
The Logistics Manager will report to the General Manager. The primary role of the Logistics Manager is to manage the full range of inventory and to lead the preparation for dispatch to customers and clients.Key Responsibilities include;
- To undertake preparation for dispatch to customers on the full range of props inventory and studios.
- Manage return of inventory, including updating systems.
- The warehouse is kept in a tidy and safe manner at all times.
- Ensure that all work undertaken is completed with due regard for quality, productivity and safety.
- Provide a service to clients (internal & external) and maintain a good customer relationship as a priority.
- Successfully manages multiple tasks at any one-time meeting conflicting deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and have a can-do attitude.
- Meets deadlines and prioritises.
- Communicates pressure points, challenges and conflicts to the team to ensure these can be handled and the event and delivery schedule can be managed.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment adhering to all deadlines
- Experience managing bump in and bump out crew and onsite event staff
- Experience with crew scheduling is a positive
- Experience managing a warehouse and logistics equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work from the office 5 days a week
