Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an energetic and proactive Logistics Officer/Coordinator to be part of Training Alliance Group’s (TAG) expanding team.
About the Role
Working across two Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and our Employment Services division, TAG is a leader in providing quality education that leads to meaningful employment, supporting individuals to achieve their employment and education goals through experiential and classroom based learning.
As the Logistics Officer/Coordinator you will assist in the day to day operations of our business. Core activities include:
- Organising trailers for the purpose of training, as well as mobilisation and demobilisation of machinery required for training sessions.
- Assisting with shuttle service, transporting students to and from the training site when required.
- Collaborating with team members to transporting goods and materials to and from TAG site locations.
- Coordinating the service and repairs of fleet & machineries.
- Obtaining quotes and creating purchase orders.
- Responding to queries from stakeholders, clients, students and staff members in a timely and professional manner.
- Completing various additional tasks as required based on the daily needs of the business.
- Inventory management at our storage facilities, training sites and service trailers.
- Assisting with various logistical matters related Civil training and other business operations.
- Assisting staff members as needed and contributing to the smooth functioning of the office.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Morley. Successful applicant must be willing to travel within the Perth metro area.
About You
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- A current C class driver’s licence and confidence in your ability to drive a minibus (essential)
- Proficient Microsoft Office Skills
- High attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Maturity, professionalism, and confidence in your ability
