ROLE PURPOSE We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Analyst to join our team. As a Logistics Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing and optimizing LOGISTICS OPERATIONS to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance. Utilising your skills in reporting/analysis you will help drive improved productivity across logistics with an increased focus on warehouse operations. As a candidate, you will be able to demonstrate your skills using analytics tools such as Excel, Power Query, SQL and Tableau. Additionally, you will have an analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. A strong understanding of LOGISTICS OPERATIONS is also highly regarded. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys diving into the details and has a passion for logistics, contributing to continuous business improvement. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Providing insights into Logistics operations including key drivers for performance Warehouse Labour Plan modelling Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators. Support broader logistics effort (ad-hoc reporting/analysis) Monitor related Master data quality. Support key business initiatives driving better results to the business. Ad-hoc projects as required by the business. WHAT WE LOOK FOR Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in logistics analysis or a similar role. Strong analytical skills, including experience with data visualization tools and techniques (Tableau or similar visualisation tools). Ability to demonstrate proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power Query to manage data and extract insights. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to proactively present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Including ability communicate at different levels of the business. Pro-active mindset, Curious wit an attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with related functions to achieve business objectives. Preferred Experience and Skills: Excel VBA SAP HANA and SAP ERP Software Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
