Responsible for the strategic sourcing of our international logistics capability, this role will help deliver long-term business improvement initiatives to our supply chain as we continue to grow our presence across Asia. Reporting into the Supply Chain Strategy Director, this role will continually design and develop our international network as well as sourcing and managing our portfolio of logistics partners.

Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimise the sourcing of logistics services, including transportation, warehousing, distribution and ancillary services across the Blackmores Group
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate agreements to secure cost-effective and high-quality logistics services
- Continuously assess vendor performance, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, cost targets, and quality standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and stakeholders to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain
- Manage the procurement budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Who are you?
- A procurement professional with Asian logistics experience, with a strong understanding of how to get products from Australia into multiple Asian markets
- You are skilled strategic network design, ideally from within the consumer goods/human consumption categories
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in commercial analysis, strategy development, negotiation planning & execution, contract management, business partnering, and supplier relationship management.
