Neverfail Spring Water is a great Australian success story and is a part of the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners group servicing approximately 70,000+ customers. The business was created in 1987 by a Sydney based entrepreneur called Harry Hilliam and his family. They lived on the Hawkesbury River and had a natural spring water source on his property called Neverfail as it “never failed to produce water, no matter how dry it got".
Fast forward to today and Neverfail is Australia’s #1 spring water cooler business; it’s an untapped gem from both a profitability and sustainability perspective and has significant possibilities to expand in the future.
Neverfail continues to lead the market in looking towards the future; this includes capital investment in systems and processes, simplifying and modernising our e-commerce platform for a better customer experience and becoming efficient and agile in the way that we service and deliver to our customers.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
We have a fabulous opportunity to join our Neverfail team in this Logistics Specialist role where you will play a lead role in ensuring the safe, consistent and accurate completion of the daily dispatched schedule for Delivery Drivers (including Contractors and Distributors) across the Neverfail business.
In this role, the Logistics Specialist will provide operational direction to Delivery Drivers, whilst also ensuring day to day operational routines are embedded, including pre-loading/overnight loading of vehicles, leading to an improvement in logistics efficiency across the Neverfail network.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Analysis of performance data
- Developing reports that support operational decision making
- Working with Logistics Managers to create and deploy training and coaching material
- Developing close relationships with drivers and contractors in the network
- Daily reporting of COR & safety performance of drivers and contractors
LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU!
- Competency with using IT systems, including Power BI, and Microsoft office suite.
- A solutions and “Continuous Improvement” based mindset
- Flexibility to balance daily priorities as they change
- A logistics related background will be helpful (not mandatory)
- Ideally have a MR truck license, or be prepared to get one (for supporting pre-loading activities, not network operation)
