What are we looking for?
You will be responsible for completing assigned pricing activities, ensuring accurate pricing as per the client's scope of services, with the minimum required margin applied, covering all service/supplier costs to allow the most profitable scenarios to the business.
What you will be responsible for:
- Utilising all approved pricing tools and portals available to search for carriers and cost.
- Ensuring all costing for services are as per the service level agreement and scope of work ordered.
- Ensuring the utilization of minimum selling margins while providing pricing.
- Ensuring that quotes are logged and recorded accurately and timely in required systems.
- Following any specified special cargo processes as set out in our internal documents when pricing project cargo.
- Supporting in procurement sourcing initiatives.
- Ensuring automation when updating buying and selling rates into our transport management system (TMS).
- Ad-hoc duties as requested by management.
