The Logistics Administrator will oversee the daily logistics operations with our clients and the team will collaborate closely to ensure efficient and effective logistics activities. The primary responsibilities include managing spreadsheets and conducting thorough comparisons to ensure accurate billing for all services rendered and correct assessment of charges.
Your responsibilities includes but not limited to
- Manage the day-to-day logistics operations
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities
- Plan shipments and deliveries and execute ensuring timely delivery of freight and product
- Manage relationship with freight forwarders
- Liaise with customer to confirm delivery ensuring full documentation has been completed and is correct
- Billing customers for services
What you will bring
- Proven experience using MS Suit and any experience in Cargowise would be a bonus
- Experience in transport & general logistics environment preferred
- Attention to detail
